Ice Storm Hits the United States

On Friday January 12, 2007 a horrible ice storm hit the United States. This ice storm hit Michigan all the way down to Texas. The ice storm is still hitting Texas down in Austin, Houston, and Galveston. In Houston a tornado touched down and killed at least 1 person. In Missouri the ice killed at least 6 or seven people! Lastnight the president made a speech about the Address To the Nation. I think hes right about the people who believe in freedom and moderation ,but the people that just want to kill thats just plane wrong! It would be a tragic to loose this war!

?!Bird Flu!?

Earlier this month 4 people in Vietnam had eaten sick chickens and got the disease the world has been worried about. The Bird Flu. They all started coughing, had a high fever, and got a lung infection. They took the mother and the 3 children to take the flu tests. They haven’t sent the results back yet. They are now also testing chicken and ducks for the disease. Many people can die from this disease. So everybody needs to be cautious of this disease! It could spread across the country. It could get worse or it could get better. So always be careful what you eat!

!?Should Cell Phones Be Allowed At School?!

Yes! I think cell phones should be allowed at school. Because, if there is an emergency at school and you need a ride or something then you can just call be sides going into the office and missing class. The bad things about having a cell phone at school is text messaging in class. Your teacher could be telling you something and you would never know! Well back to the subject. If you dont have a calculator you could just get your cell phone out and use it. So there are alot of reason why cell phones should be allowed at school. Tell me what you think.

Its that time of year again. No not Christmas well it is Christmas. Well any ways its semester EXAMS. Well first we do History on Friday. On Monday we do Science and Math. And i think some other people do other test. But, this is my first year for EXAMS and i have no idea what to do besides study and take the test. Well maybe thats all you do but you no what i mean. my hardest test will probably be the History. Whats yours?

Family Tradition!

The day after Thanksgiving we put our Christmas tree up. This year i got to put the star, we take turns every year. we put our stockings up. Every year after a few weeks we put our Christmas lights up and i helped with that also. So the weeks go on and finally its Christmas eve. Every year on Christmas eve i wake up and i go to my grandmas house. We open presents and eat really good food. But thats not all. Then we go home and go to bed and usually i wake up the earliest to see what i got from Santa. And thats my family tradition. What yours.

Its The Most Worderful Time Of The Year!

Its that time of year again. Its Christmas. Christmas celebrates a lot of traditions . Like Quanza, Hanuka, and of course Christmas. But the main reason we have Christmas is because of Jesus birthday. Of course everyone knows the story. He was borne in a manger because there was no more rooms in the hotel so they went into the barn. And the reason we get presents is because of the three wise men who wanted to honor the new borne king. So Christmas isnt all about present and getting what you wants its about being with your family enjoying Jesus birthday.
